Conduct 3 – Day Training Program

Covering subjects of security, firefighting, first aid, customer relations, and intelligence for newly recruited guards prior to deployment.

Special Training Program Every Saturday

Ongoing training to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

On – the – Job Practical Training

Immediate, on-the-spot practical training at duty locations to ensure real-world readiness.

Armed Guards Training

Conducted by the Ministry of Defense at the Civil Security Department Training School in Serupita or MOD-approved firing schools.

Periodic Live Firing Training

Scheduled live firing practice sessions to maintain proficiency in firearm use.

Qualified Instructors

A team of expert instructors specialized in motivation, leadership, security, and firefighting conducts all training programs.

Air-Conditioned Environmental Training Centre

Conducted in spacious, air-conditioned lecture halls for a comfortable learning environment.
