Founded in 1996, Avant Garde hails from extremely humble beginnings. What started off with just two guards has grown from strength to strength over the years, and today, Avant Garde employs over 3,700 security personnel, of which approximately 95% are ex servicemen of the Sri Lanka Army, Navy, Air Force and Police Department.
