Security Officers from Armed Forces / Police

  • Personnel retired from service after completing the mandatory period.
  • Personnel who had obtained their release following the proper procedure, applicable.
  • The production of the following documents is a pre – requisite
    • Service Certificate
    • Police Report
    • Grama Sevaka Certificate
    • Birth Certificate
    • Educational Certificates
    • Character Certificate

Civilians

  • Height – 5’5”
  • Educational qualifications – Minimum qualification GCE O/L
  • Appearance – Good Stature
  • The production of the following documents is a pre – requisite
    • Birth Certificate
    • Educational Certificates
    • Service Certificates, if any previous occupation / occupations
    • Police Report
    • Grama Sevaka Certificate
    • Character Certificate

Particulars of ground staff

Security Manager

  • Commissioned Officer with over five years’ experience in Industrial Security
  • Age between 35 – 60 years
  • Uniform – Shirt & Tie with Black Shoes.

Chief Security Officer

  • Noncommissioned officer with over five years’ experience in Industrial Security
  • Age between 30 – 60 years
  • Uniform – Shirt & Tie with Black Shoes.
  • They are proficiency in English and could speak, read and write

Officer in Charge

  • Noncommissioned officer with 05 years’ experience in Industrial Security
  • Civilians over 07 years’ experience in Industrial Security
  • Age between 30 – 55 years
  • Uniform – Shirt & Tie, Shoulder Blades with Three stripes, Belt, Badges and Black Shoes.
  • They are able to work in English i.e. Speak, Read and Write

Senior Security Officer

  • Ex Servicemen
  • Over two years’ experience in Industrial Security 
  • Civilian up to A/L qualifications or seniority
  • Age between 25 – 50 years
  • Uniform –Shirt & Trouser, Shoulder Blades with two Stripes, Belt, Badges and Black Shoes.

Junior Security Officer

  • Civilian with up to O/L or experience in Industrial Security.
  • Age between 20 – 50 years
  • Uniform –Shirt & Trouser, Shoulder Blades with one Stripe, Belt, Badges and Black shoes.

Lady Security Officer

  • Civilian with up to O/L or experience in Industrial Security.
  • Age between 20 – 45 years
  • Uniform – Skirt & Blouse – Belt, Badges, Shoulder Blades with one Stripe, Black Shoes
